They hold your personal property hostage demanding more and more money. They claim if you pay more to "expedite" it they will complete it faster. After a year I finally got mine back back and all they did was distroy it so that I cannot get it repaired elswhere. Very visious and rude people. And if you complain they have their Lawyer send you a threatening letter.
