The Mr. Spalding landlord wanted to help him better with life and he made a wondeful gift to Adam a big 3 ton white chevy flatbed dump truck worthy of 15k+ value in exchange for major tree service work with many trees on landlord's property. Landlord also let Adam borrow a expensive Stihl 461 brandnew chainsaw.



Adam started work on some trees then abandon it, stole the Stihl 461 chainsaw and start work with else people's trees he have sucessed biggest scam business with Mr. Spalding landlord. The landlord said Adam do have violent behavior when he is upset or mad something it just start throwing his stuffs in the air scrattering on landlord's property cause damages to landlord's mower rider blades pick up an axe and small objects can't see easy with tall grass. He do like illegal burning his junk stuffs toxic material in metal barrels. Without permit from landlord. Adam do have similar Mad Hatter character and often bigmouth liars said the landlord. The police said could not get 461 chainsaw and big chevy truck return to Mr. Spalding without the civil court.
