I bought a product trhough rlsd that was manufactured by wmdolls. The product was defective. rlsd advised me to dispose of the item and promised to send a replacement. After disposing of the item, rlsd is now refusing to send replacement or refund my money.
As the manufacturer, wmdolls has the authority to ship a replacement. I have been in contact with them; but they refuse to resolve the issue.
wmdolls is based in china, so there is no recourse of action I can take. I would advise everyone to not buy products from wmdolls. You may get a defective one, and there is nothing you can do.
If you spend 2,000 on a product, you would expect it to last for more than a couple of weeks. And you would expect better from customer service.

Yes, I am sure the next president will tackle the problem of substandard Chinese sex dolls on their first day in office. It's a real high priority for the country -- the influx of cheap Chinese sex dolls has put the blue-collar, unionized American sex doll makers out of business. Maybe you should start a PAC to bring back American sex doll manufacturing and start producing sturdy, high quality sex dolls right here in America. Seriously, get some help.
