World Research Chemicals Company took my money and never delivered the product I ordered

On 2/22/2019 I made a purchase from this company. They claimed they allegedly shipped my product and provided me with a tracking number on 2/28/2019. The owner claimed he was late with shipment because his Mom was in the hospital so this appears to be a sole proprietor operation. On 3/22/2019 the package was delivered to the wrong address in California.

I live in NJ. On 3/22/2019 after receiving my complaint, they asked me for a extra $60 shipping fee to resend my product. I informed them it was their error, so they allegedly resent the package and provided me with a new tracking number on 3/26/2019. On 4/2/2019 the package was delivered to TN, not my address in NJ. Once again, they shipped to the wrong address.

Now they are asking for a $60 reshipment fee otherwise they won't resend my purchased product. I informed them of their second error and they said there will be no more shipment without more payment. They refuse to refund my money and are now ignoring all my emails. This company is a scam. It's not clear if they ever shipped product.

They may have just hijacked a tracking number from another company that was legitimately shipping product. Stay away from this company. They are fraudulent and all they will do is take your money then dissappear. I've been scammed and you've been warned!
