Purchased eight weeks of airtime on Voice America Variety Channel for $4250. Our radio shows were supposed to be aired to what Jeff Spenard and Winston Price claimed to be 'millions of listeners'. They even stated more than once they have 32 million listeners.
Voice America were also supposed to engage potential sponsors for our shows that would pay to keep our shows on Voice America. The first week our bird talk radio show aired on Voice America Variety Channel we received stats from Voice America that we had 300 listeners that week.
Next week listeners increased by another 300 to 600. We complained to Jeff Spenard that the amount of listeners we had did not reflect a network with 'millions of listeners'. Asked Jeff Spenard to cancel the show and refund our money and he refused. The last three weeks our show aired on Voice America the stats we received were around 35 listeners per week.
We asked Jeff Spenard to cancel the show and refund our money every week but he refused. A complaint to the AZ Attorney General has been submitted. A person at the AZ Attorney General's Office did say that we should get a full refund.

Still No Refund

Voice America CEO Jeff Spenard agreed to a partial refund about two or more months ago but has as of this post yet to send the check.
Jeff did about three weeks ago forward and Email to me from a person at Voice America there named David Ide. I don't know what he does at Voice America but David said some very nasty things about the 'refund' calling it a 'pay off' as if their burning me for $2000 ($4200 total but another business went half on the fee with my business) and my complaining about being burned for my money is somehow wrong and I am the bad guy for complaining that they aired my shows in front of a few hundred people instead of millions, even 32 million listeners as they said they had when they were soliciting me to air my shows on their network.
David Ide even referred to me as a 'POS' in his email to Jeff Spenard about the partial refund that they have yet to remit to me now about three months after I asked for a full refund and they did soon later agree to refund almost half my money.
When I described this rip off to Phoenix FBI the agent there said: 'this is a scam' and referred me to the FBI scam report website.

Jeff Spenard did agree and offer a cash settlement, partial refund, 3 months of banner advertising on their network and an interview on Finding Your Frequency.
We are satisfied with the agreement, settlement.
