World Ventures DreamTrips, Rovia terrible customer service, false claims, scam. Plano Texas

I have been a member for close to two years, have made many trips during this time, trying to use their so called discounted travel, and I have realized that it is just a scam.

I was a platinum member, and still would have saved a lot of money if I booked my DreamTrip myself. I checked every activity, hotel stay and absolutely lost money using WorldVentures.

They also have terrible customer service. I usually am on hold for 20 min or more, and there system frequently hangs up on you and you have to start again. furthermore, once you actually talk to a representative, they are not empowered to help you in most things. Very corporate and cold. I would never recommend it. I am not sure how they are still open!
