Wowebony This is a shady company. I was sold a fake lace front wig. GA

I ordered a "lace front" human hair kinky wig that was advertised as "premium" hair and I paid extra to have the knots bleached and it was also supposedly "preplucked." I received this wig and it has huge holes in the lace that look like a screen door. I immediately emailed the company because I am a cancer patient and new to wearing this type of wig. I have been wearing quality human hair (tracks) for over 15 years and u-part wigs for about 3 years.. Not only is the hair unmanageable (which I could probably fix as any veteran weave wearer) but the lace looks downright unnatural. It is most definitely not worth $200!

I contacted the company to let them know this and was told "to take a beautician to let them fix it" and the comapny would reimburse the cost to extra bleach the knots. I politely advised wowebony beauticians in Miami charge $125+ to bleach knots and install lace front wigs. They are refusing to provide money back for this terrible wig. Upon reading reviews under these "amazing" youtube videos you soon realize these "testers" are sent great wigs to review but consumers are sent a different type of wig. BEWARE OF WOWEBONY! I will take my friends advice and order from myfirstwig or wowafrican.. YOUTUBE reviews are fake!
