They will not refund any monies after very terrible experiences with their volunteers. They refuse to do any background checks on any of the alleged criminals that go on the wwoof site.  Most will use you as a hotel instead of learning how to actually farm.  Others will make endless excuses as to why they will not do any work. 

Very mentally-unstable individuals all over the platform that belong in a state care not at someone's farm especially on those farms with children present.  Terrible customer service, a terrible system that is dysfunctional.  There is no worth in it.  If you want to always be afraid of who you are bringing onto to your farm, use them.
