X Moving (chega bem) They didn’t delivery my boxes it has been a year Bridgeport Connecccut CT

On June 3, 2021 I moved to Brazil I hired XMoving to delivery three boxes of my personal belongings including clothing shoes handbags etc.  I was told by the owner of the company Carlos Gomez to wait 90 days and the boxes will be delivery to Brazil door to door from New York City to some Paulo Brazil.  It has been a year and I did not get my boxes delivered.

I spoke with owner of the company Carlos Gomez he told me the container was seized at the port of Recife in Brazil. He also told me my boxes were together with another boxes inside the container I asked him about information of the container as the  number of container , arrival date in Brazil he denied to answer any information and blocked me on the phone.

I think the company deceived me l am a victim of scam and fraud. All my staff disappeared so far. I have financial damage and emotional distress. I have receipt pictures of my boxes copy of the check l paid XMoving. I tried to contact Carlos Gomes he blocked me on the phone, please help me with this matter to find a solution for my problem.
