I read this first post on Phase4 and AgeForce, and if I'd not been a customer I wouldn't believe it ... until today.

I ordered it, tried it ... 

The first shipment had a few of the pieces stick, ruining a few, but I didn't complain, no big deal.

I was sort of caught off guard by the auto-bill and price the next month - but I still swallowed that and emailed them on 6th Jan and asked that future orders be stopped.

I heard nothing for a week or more, then starting to try to call. After no luck there, I got my Visa Business Card Fraud and Dispute team into the case. They tried to call as well.

Ironically - the day THEY called and also got no answer, I got a call back, by a fast talking man I could hardly understand. Brash, angry, rude. I had thought he was calling back regarding the investigation that had already started with Capital One, but I couldn't even get a word in. He eventually hung up on me as well.

Look, I'm in the medical field, I've studied nutritional supplements since 1990, I work with a high national ranking endocrinologist and nuclear scientist ... we do research ... I run businesses ... The BBB shows this company as "OUT OF BUSINESS" in PA. It's now operating in Florida. Why? All I know is - look - the product might work, but the brashness of the owner or dearth of customer support - well - it won't be in business much longer. If not for sales, some type of litigation.

Captial One has pushed me to continue the Dispute, siting this as not the first time they've dealt with this company.
