Ylairhair Way too many to count I purchased a wig from on Facebook. Instead of the full frontal lace, pre-plucked wig, I got a synthetic wig that was trash.

On May 8, 2020, I purchased a wig from Ylairhair off of Facebook. I paid about 35.00- cost of wig and shipping. I purchased a "ready to wear" lace front wig. I was to have lace, pre-plucked baby hair and basically be ready to wear straight from the box.
I was to receive my wig within 10 to 14 days from the purchase date. That did not happen. After fifteen days, I began to email the company (no phone number). My emails were ignored. I then contacted Paypal about my purchase. I let them know that I did not recieve my wig. After Paypal contacted them, I suddenly got an email with a tracking service and tracking number for my wig.
I would check the website daily. Each day, the website had "no information" about my package. I contacted Paypal again, as well as the company. I received another tracking website. This one was no better than the last one. Eventually, I got another tracking website (USPS). I can show on the tracking website that the wig was actually here in Savannah, Ga then shipped out to another state.
I received my wig on June 24, 2020- well over a month from my purchase date. The wig they sent me was nothing like the one I was expecting. This wig is a horrible syntheic. It has zero lace. The front clousure isn't lace, it is plastic. White plastic. Totally unrealistic and cheap looking. I noticed on my package that it came from Alabama. Not one of the tracking information that I was using to track my package mention Alabama.
I contacted the website for a refund/return. The website I was provided with for the return address was a fraudulent one. This website stated that there name (Luvhair.store) was stolen from them by a Chinese scam company.
They use stolen pictures and advertise cheap lace front wigs. Then they either don't send you anything or they send you a cheap synthetic wig. They don't worry about refunds/returns because they give you fake websites so you can not contact them.
Never ever buy anything from this company. I have provided screenshots of the company, the wig that I was scammed into buying and a listing of all the names these scam artists use online to try to get sales for wigs.
