Called for service of our split ac unit which was not working.  First technician showed up and within 20mnts left stating that the unit needed a pressure test and that we must call and schedule.  We called and scheduled.  Second technician showed up and did not know how to performed test, he left within 15-20 mnts most of that time on the phone telling someone that he had never worked with that type of unit.  A week later and after numerous calls to office a third technician showes up and starts arguing on the phone stating that the pressure test was never done and that he does not know why they sent him there.  Furthermore, office had said to me on the phone that a part needed to be replaced.  Withing minutes the 3rd tech left without performing pressure test not repalcing anything as it was said to us.  A second company was called and within few hours the test was performed, NO PART WAS DEFECTIVE and only freon was needed to make the unit work as new.  I requested a refund; however, it was rejected by the account managers Vanessan and Stephanie.
