I purchased a toy on Instagram.  First they overcharged me. I cancelled the order. They refunded the overcharge but refused to cancel the order. 

It took almost 2 months before I received a notice where they claim my item arrived.  It did not.  (I have a RING camera).  Ten days later I received a 2nd notice where they claim my package arrived (again). It did not. No package ever arrived). 

I contacted them to tell them the package never arrived. they told me the tracking showed it arrived.  I told them it did not and I received 2 different delivery dates. They couldn't explain why there were two different delivery dates & just said their tracking said my package arrived (on 2 different dates. 

They did nothing to help me or to explain why there were two tracking dates.  They just said, oh well. They were done and took my money.

This was a terrible experience and I would warn anyone to never use them.  They never offered any help at all.  Based on my experience, this site is a scam.  Do not order from them.  I would give them MINUS 3 stars.
