I placed an order online, it was shipped via Yun Express. A few days later, Yun Express online tracking said that it was out for delivery by Gofo Express, then it said "Delivery failed" and my package is being returned to the facility. It also stated that I can email or call Gofo Express. I sent them an email, there was no reply. I tried calling them, there was no answer. I also emailed Yun Express and they never replied.

I contacted the seller about the problem and even he was having trouble getting in touch with them. A few days later, I get an email from Gofo Express stating that the tracking number doesn't belong to them and to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and he apologized and was refunded. He didn't know what happened with the shipping company.

I did an only search for the shipping company and got the following:

Yun Express is the parent company of Gofo Express, which is used when shipping in the USA. I also found out that a lot people were complaining about the same problem with this shipping company. I would recommend anyone buying online to use another shipping company. It will save you a lot headache, time, and money.
