Zaftig llc Zafir Borozan Zafir chorbeski Unpaid wages, fired for refusing to drive unsafe truck Westmont Illinois

Zaftig llc aka Zafir chorbeski aka Zafir Borozan owner of zaftig llc (a trucking company based in westmont Illinois) has committed countless DOT infractions including:

Falsifying HOS on eld on his and even my eld by force or faced termination.

I was made to drive a Volvo 2012 that had severe safety violations or faced termination.

My wages were withheld on many occasion without reason/ because of negligence.

My last two paychecks were never payed ($2000)

My escrow was never returned ($800)

Detention was never paid ($3000)

Deadhead was not fully payed ($1200)

Lastly I was fired because I refused to drive his 2012 Volvo that has the following violations:

•Broken EGS (no turbo) •leaking steering box

•two air leaks •2/32 on front tires

•cracked windshield •faulty headlights and signal lights

*the trucks electrical also went bad and had no AC and was overheating*

The owner showed up with police to take his truck and left me with no pay and stranded in New Jersey.
