The Zeal inc. = Bogus email lists - more than 50% Bouncebacks, bad email addresses
I purchased 2500 email adddresses from the Zeal, inc. for $300. Before sending out about 1,000 emails, I had over 500 bounce backs. More than 50%.
Their Policy on 2-22-22 was:
B. 90% accuracy guarantee on data. Their Policy on 3-4-22
We provide accuracy of 95% on emails, and replace 1 on 1 if bounces exceeds more than 10%. Let me know if you’re good to proceed with this purchase, I will assist you further. Neither assertion was Honest and True.
James tried to suggest the problem was at my end and to resend the list. In one of the attached pics, you can see where one of my STP Servers cut the connection after only 147 emails were sent. The SMTP Servers detects bad email addresses are being used.
James Walker comes off like a real nice guy to get the Sale. Now I realize why he was so hungry to get the Sale.
Once I purchased Walker did not stand up to his word. I would have purchased lots more lists if the email addresses were good. James Walker REFUSED to give me a Refund. All the bad email addresses is causing me a problem with my STMP Servers. This is detrimental to my ability to send Bulk emails.
In my opinion; DO NOT PURCHASE email lists from the Zealinc
