I contacted Zelathy online in Dec 2024 for a prescription online. They were offering a very competitive price and also the doctor visits for the prescriptions.

I paid $39 special first month price to get the doctor prescription consultation. That was a difficult process. It took me 4 appointments because of foolish issues with the difference between Eastern Standard and Pacific Time zones on their part.

After finally getting the prescription part done by the middle of January 2025, I was directed to a purchase page for the medicine which was advertised and promised over the phone and via text message that would cost $600 for a 3 month supply. However, the dosage was incorrect. I called them 4 times, spending hours on hold and speaking with new agents who had no idea how to fix the issue. I also emailed back and forth with representatives and texted too. All efforts to no avail. Everyone i spoke to said to purchase the 1 month dose at a higher cost and once the order was "in processing" everything could be solved and corrected.

With much apprehension, but wanting the medicine, I agreed to purchase the medicine for 1 month for about $300. And still the dosage on the purchase page was incorrect, but I had been assured it could be fixed.

Two days later they tried to charge my credit card for $2131.40 !!! Fortunately, my card has a block for large purchases without the physical card. I immediately called them to fix the billing issue. I spent hours again and spoke with several different agents who could noy explain more fix the issue. Over the next 2 weeks they tried 5x to re-charge the $2131.40 to my card unsuccessfully. They also sent me over 10 emails and more text messages begging me to update my card info.

Every time I replied, saying the charge was wrong, I should not be charged that amount, and the dosage still was incorrect.

I was direct with them that I did not wish to use them any longer. I told them I would report them if they continued to try to run my credit card. I clearly cancelled my service over the phone and in emails and texts.

Over the weekend they billed my credit card for $135, which did go through. I was forced to file a fraud claim with my bank, cancel the card and have Zealthy blocked from wver charging me again.

This whole ordeal has lost me days worth of sitting on hold, 2 months of medication is missed and significant distress over not being able to speak with anyone after so many calls, who had any clue of how to help me.

If you see their b.s. offers on their website, don't stop... RUN AWAY!!!
