Zela Refund Request 8 12 23

Placed my order on 8/3 23

Tracked on Shop app after emails received noting that my order had shipped, 8/8/23 with information provided from an intl carrier I've never heard of. After viewing that the package had reached my city, I waited 48hrs for updated tracking info via the same means, as Zela seemed to be prompt and efficient with delivery updates.

None was received, so I emailed the company from the Shop app which was easier because the contact info was conveniently displayed. I received vague, circular responses back via bot mail. No additional information was available. It simply said the package was out for delivery as of 8/11/23.

I again emailed via Shop for a status update on new tracking information and noted that I was aware that the package was in my city but with what carrier? What tracking number? Crickets.

I checked the Shop app again at around 1020pm
And the status said delivered. Now I'm pissed because I heard no knock, no doorbell, nothing. I go check my door and mailbox...NOTHING.

Meanwhile, the updated stated that it was delivered at 435pm which is a lie because I would have seen them while taking out my trash.
Below is the email that I sent to both their website under contact us and via the Shop app.

Now I'm getting bombarded with repetitive emails noting the package was delivered when in fact, IT WAS NOT. IT WAS STOLEN.

"Checked mailbox at 1045pm after checking Shop app on delivery status which was intentionally vague.

My order was stolen.  I have received nothing but the bill for products that I don't have and never received. I want my full refund for purchase immediately. I am not an easy target because of my address and my neighbors do not steal my packages.

There was nothing at my door or in my mailbox. REFUND IMMEDIATELY. THANKS. AND I'M REPORTING YOU TO BBB AND RIP OFF REPORT."
