In the early summer of 2020 i met with Erica Vicari attorney at law and candidate for G.A.L. for my then 14 year old daughter. Ms. Vicari was easy to talk to and seemed very intelligent.
Ms. Vicari made it clear to me that if a parent violated a court order that person should be held accountable. Not true, when she had opportunitiesshe did not follow her word!!!
Since the day she was hired her toon changed. Ms. Vicari seems very prejudice againt the father and at all times sides w the mother. Since Ms. Vicari has been GAL my daughter is failing in school and sides w the mother who doesnt believes school is important as i do. In fact the mother calls my daughter h.s. a sh*t storm.
Besides her very first lie, that she would hold the mother accountable for many violations of the court order; Ms.vicari told more inconsistent statements in court on other occasions.
I do not trust ms.Vicari has my child's best interests and she is not honest in my opinion.
Do not hire this law firm with ms. Vicari as your representative if you are a man. Definitely seems prejudice to me. She is not willing to put the woman on trial. She talks down about the father and doesnt look after the childs best interest.
Warning , in my opinion avoid Ms vicari as your G.A.L for your child.

What you are saying is that an attorney who is supposed to act in the best interest of the Child is not doing so because they are not siding with you. It doesn't work that way.
Do not hire this law firm with ms. Vicari as your representative if you are a man.
- You are wrong, she is not YOUR representative. She is your daughter's representative.
