ZipRecruiter Promised a set rate and then noticed was charged 100$ more per month than offered.

Had a basic plan that had somehow reached $1000 and they offered a credit to sign up for a monthly at $299 but then charged $399 plus taxes.  When I reconciled my accounts, I noticed the overcharge and they refused to refund the difference.  Never sent a signature contract and just charged what they wanted.  

Candidates were unqualified and they allow a click/send and the candidates do not even know what they are applying for.  Would not recommend this company!!  Stay away.  Indeed provided 80% of qualified candidates.
