Zogomom pretends to sell printed books - delivers digital copies instead - refuses refunds Princeton Indiana

Zogomom pretends to sell physical books online. The site as of February 16, 2025 has a lengthy "Shipping Policy" page, which gives approximate delivery times and states they offer "free shipping." They also post a refund and return policy.

Nothing on the site (I've screenshot and have read the entire site) indicates that you are purchasing anything other than a physical, printed book. After you have purchased your book, however, you receive an email and only then discover that the "delivery" of the book is a link to download a PDF version of the book. 

I have communicated with Zogomom three times and have asked for a refund, stating clearly my reasons, and calling them out for this obvious intentional deception. They responded "Hello, We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return your purchase. However, since this is a digital product, returns and refunds are not possible. All sales are final!" Of course, the customer has no idea they are purchasing a digital product until after they have paid.  

Both RipOffReport and SiteJabber (another review site) have other complaints re:Zogomom. SiteJabber has a ton of One Star Reviews for the very same issue I've stated here. RipOffReport has a complaint of the same nature dated 2022, so Zogomom has obviously been perpetuating these shenanigans for a while.

You may also contest the charges with your credit card company or initiate a complaint and possible refund through PayPal.
