Zurple They sold me a 6 month contract and then automatically renewed and won't allow me to cancel until 30 days from next billing cycle

This company is the worst!!!!   They sell you on their great leads and they are so much better than other lead gen companies.   They sign you up for 6 months, promise you at least 10 real leads a month, after 5 months of garbage leads, I notified them I wanted to cancel even though I had one more month to go.   They told me I had automatically renewed because I didn't notify them within their billing cycle!!  So even thought the sales agent promised me that the contract would NOT automatically renew, the contract was an e-sign that would not allow any changes.  

Now, even though my 6 month contract ENDS in October, they are now forcing me to stay another month bc I missed their billing cycle deadline.   This company sucks!   They are the worst.   Don't believe a word they say!!   I've been doing this for 29 years and have had much success with lead gen but do not use ZURPLE unless you want to throw your money in the toilet

call your bank and cancel your current debit card or credit card and have them issue you a new one with a new number, right? People lose debit and credit cards all the time. If the card on file at the company you reported doesn’t have your new information, they can’t charge you, correct?

You can also mail copies of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV News Stations in your city and put it to the attention of: “Investigstive Reporter”. Feel free to mail copies to Dateline NBC and 60 Minutes also.
