We signed up for Zurple based on promises made by the sales associate that this company offered automatic text drip campaigns to the leads as well as special marketing techniques designed to attract pre-qualified leads.  After 4 months, we didn't receive a single pre-qualified lead and the text service didn't really exist.  It was a flat out lie from the sales assocaite to get us to sign the year long contract.

  The sales associate also said that we can cancel at any time and it would be impossible to stop us from cancelling if we weren't satisfied.  When we tried to cancel our account however, we were unable and Bill Corcoran from the companyu told us that he would review the sales call where we signed up and get back to us.  Instead however, we never heard from Bill again and started receiving very harrassing calls from a collections department and they are now threatening my wife's credit.  Be very careful of trusting this company from anything Bill or anyone else tells you over the phone.l
