We purchased a Frigidaire that has had problems The authorized repair service is Consumer Refrigeration and Appliance Services of Jacksonville, Florida. They have come to repair 7 times and the problems are still not fixed.  We call weekly, sometimes twice a week and all we get is a runaround.  The Fridge has defrosted twice and we lost all the food. We were told we would be reimbursed but have had no follow up.  It is about to run out of warranty and we are getting nowhere with Frigidaire or Consumer Refrigeration and Appliance.
