....I would surely stay away from Florilli transport if I was looking for employment driving one of their shoddy trucks/ reefer units....they try to make drivers pay for fuel!....They also skim your paycheck, hoping that you will not see the their scam.... you have to wait 3 weeks for a small skimmed paycheck!
.....They often tell drivers by phone to shut off reefers to save money....100 drivers are hired and 100 quit the same day!
.......To be honest, Mike Mcguire, the recruiter is a lying, little weasel and lump of Iowa cow turd. ........In fact Florilli transport's crappy little terminal is surrounded by corn and cow turd....just likeBrad jones, Heather jones and murry spitzer.......I would not trust any of these Iowa criminals.

I have no idea what this guy is talking about. I never had to wait three weeks for a check, and it's the drivers who damage the freight by not setting the reefer properly and not checking it every four hours as recommended.
And as far as "shoddy" trucks, the oldest trucks they have are the 2012s, and they are all to be traded in this year for new ones. Yes, some of the reefers are old, but if they don't work, they get repaired at the nearest TA. That's part of your job.
They try to make drivers pay for fuel? What!? They use Comdata cards, just like everybody else. You're just making that up. And they NEVER tell drivers to shut off the reefers. In fact, they insist that the reefers be checked regularly to make sure they are running properly.
They don't hire 100 drivers in a day either; they hire only about four a week. They don't have but about 150 drivers, total. Where did you get that?
Now, on to Mike McGuire. That's a different story. He's not a lying weasel, he just doesn't know. He's a guy who has never been on the road, doesn't have a CDL, and has no idea what drivers go through. He shouldn't be doing orientations because he has NOT, as they say in the vernacular: Been there, done that.
