Buys our ticket and once we get there and market his product we establish that the Goods are even in a worse condition of distress than what his Goods we're in Tanzania. Now we have a client but the client refuses to touch his goods. So we source the goods else where and through a loan from our bank, start supplying. On Maxore group hearing of our contract, he is enraged and places us on the internet. But he is the reason for his goods not having been sold as they were in distress!his We have proof that we used our own funds to market furthermore as we paid for our own accommodation etc. we did not repay the tickets because he did not tell the trith that the goods we're in distress. To then place us on the internet and ruin our reputation by stating that we are linked to organised crime just because we live in Africa... is far fetched to say the least. We have on numerous occasion s sent attorney's letters to his attorney as a rebuttal but no reply. This is not the first time that it has happened and their should be a more stringent way of checking that people are stating facts before ruining someone's reputation by placing them on the internet. Maxore Limited - Robert UK based Company Sold bitumen product to Kullaya Hughes Ltd., a new small business endeavour, which was in distress as they had not paid their demuragge charges and storage charges. Kullaya Hughes Ltd have proof of the funds paid through EFT and their bank. Then tanked us by offering goods in Zambia for us to sell and forgot to mention that the goods we're in an even more state of distress. We refused to reimburse the tickets as we used our own funds which can be proved through our bank transfer's and found our own business. We catagotically state that we did not take his money nor did we rip him off. We definitely are not linked to organized crime. We sourced a client who would not buy his product because the goods we're in distress. So we Supplier the client with different product. Is that a crime? What he did to us originally nearly made us loosen our business as we could not affordable to Cary his costs but we we're forced too. Our attorney have delivered a reply to Maxore attorney with regards to this subject but they never replied.
