1-800-4-A-Phone ripoff Dallas Texas

On 9/21/05 I purchase service from 1-800-4-A-Phone in the amount of $72.99. They indicated my service would begin on 9/22/05. on 9/22 I informed them my service was not on. At that point it was notice that my service was given to my neighbor.

They indicated that additional $56.00 was needed to transfer my service to the correct address (the Incorrect address was to no fault of mine but I was still ask to pay additional money on service I had not received. I paid the additonal payment on 9/27 and as of today I still have no service.

The 1-800-4-A-phone company is a RIP OFF AND DO NOT DERSERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! I HAVE SPOKEN THE SUPERVISORS FOR THE COMPANY AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY SHOW UP! THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND DID NOT TRY TO BE! PLEASE THINK WISELY BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH 1-800-4-A-PHONE!
