1 800 Pack Rat Overbilled me for services I never received. Kept $500 of my money! Never allowed to speak to manager, kept getting the runaround. Internet, Internet

    I was charged for a long distance move that I never did! I used their local storage facility, and paid per month. I said I wanted the option of shipping my container. It NEVER shipped, it only sat in the local warehouse. I was charged the long distance fees anyway. I was charged retroactively- meaning, instead of refunding my money, they gave me the runaround for 1 WEEK. Then, I was told they found a way to keep my $500- by making up some long distance fees. I NEVER used any long distance services. I have only ever been a local customer. They charged my credit card, and refused to refund me for services I never received. I was lied to, and not given straight answers all along.
