This phone number initially left a message talking about a claim file against me using my former married name that I do not use in ages. in fact they stated the related driver's # XXXXX.

They keep calling without leaving a message, I searched the number and it is all abut Level 3 Communication Voip I am sick and tired of getting phone calls from them sometimes sundays. 

This company has not stopped calling me one of the calls the ID register the "name" V2281232900031. I have reported it "Do not call" my phone provider and they do not stop. 

I learned DO NOT PICK THE PHONE, DO NOT RETURN THE CALL NO MATTER SOUNDS REAL AND AS A TREATH, what they want is to confirm that they have you accurate personal data. Instead report it, everywhere, and do not every return, pick the phone even if you just hung up. 

Hope someone can stop this. I am figuring out that since Driver's License (at least in my city) they do not ask for proof of current address and they renew your driver's license with the same old address and if any individual who lived in that address had felonies, owes money or did a crime, you will be always harrass by any corporation, collector, scams, or bureau officess.

This is something that we all people needs to work out together to avoid all this type of problems and harrassments.
