The service requested acces to my computer to correct problems and clean up files on my PC.  The service worked okay during 2013.  They always wante to install CCleaner in addition to their defragger, which blocked me from using the defrag built into Windows.  They would call every four weeks to want to update or check the PC, but I have not heard anything from them since November or December 2013.  I removed their CCleaner and reset the defreagger to its original form from Windows. 

I have installed the Norton Power Eraser and it has successfully removed erroneous files.  The Norton Tech removed any suspicious files and checked the PC for about $30.  The Norton Internet Security is provided free to Comcast subscribers.  I have not had any problem with suspicious or duplicate charges from 1 stop e solutions or 1 stop e arcade.  My bank watches for suspicious charges.  I checked their web site in April 2014 to discover the web site is for sale.  They are aparently a fraud from India.
