1 STOP MAINTENANCE is the biggest rip-off, disrespectful, dishonest, abusive company (for a lack of words) I have ever run into.  I did business with them when I owed a very small with a different name.  They replaced me when they owed me too much money and took forever to pay.  After many many months they reached out to us, we let them know we now had a different  company under a different name, owners, etc..  We sent them W-9s and new insurance information from the new company.  They would threaten us into taking underpaid jobs by telling us if we didnt take the job, they would take everything else away.  The owner and staff were very abusive, nasty, and offensive to my staff at different times.  After owing us more than $68k for months, we decided to demand payment.  They would not answer our phone calls or emails.  Turns out they were secretly replacing us already with a different company which my employees spoke to at the stores and found out thats who they were.  Our lawyers advised us to pull out.  We gave them a 48hr notice, and thats when they finally decided to respond with threats on not paying us because we had a contract.(UNDER THE 1ST COMPANY THEY SCAMMED) Either way, a contract they violated to begin with by not paying.  A contract which does not exist.  Until this day, they still owe us $68k.  We are suing them.  We would love other people to join us.  (((ROR redacted)))
