On March 18th, I ordered 20x8.5 Divinity D14 rims and Nexen N3000 235/45/ZR20s from 1stoprimshop.com. Shortly after I ordered them, I received a confirmation e-mail from Connie Nichols, saying they received my payment. The e-mail also stated that I would receive a tracking number within 7-9 days. After about three days and two e-mails, I hadn't heard anything back.
I did a brief google search, and there were several ripoff reports from other people saying the exact same thing that is currently happening to me. It has now been a week, and I have heard nothing back. I have e-mailed them twice, and called them between 30 and 40 times. I have left about 10 voicemails, and I have not had a returned phone call. It seems that with me, they didn't even give me the run around like they have most other people.. It seems as if they have just stolen my money!

You purchased wheels and tires on 3/18/13. You first contacted me via email 2 days later on 3/20 for status but under a different name than on the order. I promptly replied:

I have no order under Bethany Andrews, therefore, I cannot look up the order. Could it be under another name or do you have a sales receipt number. If they are wheels and tires then as it indicates on your sales receipt we typically have tracking within 7-10 business days. Please provide me with more information so I can reference your order.
