This is how to conversation went for my refund after receiving a completely destroyed, terrible, faulty product:

Im very pissed off. I havent even used it nor will I; this does not live up to the quality of Infinite or the quality that ive heard you guys had. Can I send it back for a refund? |
After speaking on the phone with them, I'm expected to pay the return shipping label for their mistake, making me loose even more money from this transaction.

Youre completely full of it honestly. I called you guys and I have the recording still aswell, and this is how the conversation went. Me: "Hi I was trying to get a refund for a TOBH I ordered from you guys and I havent heard back from y'all, and when I tried to go to your website it says access denied." 101vape: "Whats your name?" Me: *** ******** (Name blocked for security purposes.) 101vape: "Youre not welcome on our site. Youre the one who filed a ripoffreport on us." Me: "Ok thats fine im going to file a complaint to the ICC." 101vape: "Ok thats fine were going to sue your mother. Weve already contacted out attourneys." Sue my mother? Are we back in kindergarden? Please act more like a business and less like a kid turning into a teenager. This report is on here to prevent people from making the same mistake I did by placing an order. You delete all of the negative reports on your website thats why neither mine nor my friends are on your site.
I believe id have been able to copy our whole conversation had you not banned me the minute I asked for a refund.

This company is absolutely bullying me. I'm now being threatened to get sued because of the report I posted on here. They have blocked my IP from their site and blocked all communications. I had to call from a private number to get someone to answer me and the employee said I was not welcome on their site and they will be contacting their attourney to sue my mother.
This is the most rediculous thing I've ever heard. I will warn you now, steer clear from this company if you don't want to be threatened and ridiculed and treated like you're dirt.

Below is the actual message that was responded to. This also came about after Benjamin called our business and was swearing at our employees. We stand behind our products but as stated we will not tolerate ill behavior and foul language towards our employees.

I received a TOBH Atty from you guys and It's one of the biggest pieces of crap I've ever seen. I've heard good things about your company so I put my trust in you and ordered this atomizer only to get it and it be dented, scratched, and the posts stripped. I can't even screw a coil into this device due to the centerpost being stripped. It just keeps going and going without even tightening up. I wasted my time and will not be making this mistake again. I expected to atleast have a product I could use but now I'm going to have to wait god knows how long to get a refund and order from a different site. The employee I spoke too on the phone seemed like he knew all about the stripped centerpost and yet you guys are still selling it knowing it's faulty. I need a refund or I will have to contact my card company. I was told to send a picture on your contact us form and I cant even get that to work! It keeps failing to upload. This is rediculous. I've sent a seperate email containing pictures of the crappy product
