10x Crowdfunding (Nathan Gorman) Unethical Marketing & Communications Practices (SPAM) Internet

Mr. Gorman of 10x Crowdfunding has been contacting us in regards to our crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. We never solicited the services of him or his entity. Correspondences from Mr. Gorman include the following statement in the footer: "Tell us to remove you by replying to this message". We have responded to him, no less than, 2 times and asked to be removed from his marketing list. We've also made it abundently clear that we are not interested in his services. However, Mr. Gorman has failed to honor our request not to be contacted, and has continued SPAM'ing our inbox with his marketing correspondences. So, we accessed his entity's website to seek additional contact information. The site offers a chat module, which we utilized in an attempt to contact someone regarding the SPAM we've been receiving. Nobody responded to our chat, despite the module indicating that there were 2 agents online. After awhile, the chat session had been disconnected.

This Mr. Nathan Gorman and his entity, 10x Crowdfunding obviously fail to uphold requirements found within the CAN-SPAM act. If they are unethical in the way they market campaigners, in order to get business, there's a good chance they're unethical in how they go about getting backers as well.
