They charged my credit with $189.00 For my cable, internet and phone service saying not paid. If that is the case then I should not still have my cable, internet or phone service bc they shut everything off when u fall behind on ur bill. This is a scam to ruine pols credit and try to get money. And they reported this December 26th 2017 .

You write these 2 phrases within a sentence of each other....
My cable bill in between 220.00 a month it's paid on time every month.
Even if a partial payment is made if the rest ain't paid by the time they want it they start calling and then shut it off .
You can't state that you pay on time each month, and then state that if you make a partial payment, then they start calling. You either pay in full on or before the due date (note that what I'm saying is different than what you said - because it's important to make one payment per month in full - not partials), or you don't. Now your experience with this company includes the 2nd sentence, which implies clearly that you don't pay on time each month. It's either on or before the exact due date, or it isn't. Partial payments have a way of inciting a call from a collector. It isn't just with this company - imagine paying your electricity bill in pieces, or your rent in pieces?? The next call you get is from someone who says where's the rest and if we don't get it, guess what?
But that's just one problem with your complaint.
The other real issue is your response doesn't include why you still have an outstanding amount from December 2017 that has now gone to collections (another reason why the cable hasn't shut off - they think it's uncollectible and they sold the amount to a collection agency). You indicate why this isn't a misapplication of a payment issue because you go into an office and make a payment in person, and I believe what you're saying. However, it also tells me the bill is still outstanding, unpaid, and on your credit report. That's now the real problem you have because that's now a credit report issue. Get whatever money you need to pay this off before things turn very ugly.
Your cable bill is just like your electricity bill, or any other utility. It's a regular payment that has to be paid in full on or before the exact due date. I know this seems very obvious to most people, but doing anything else other than this will get a collections person on the phone with you.

My cable bill in between 220.00 a month it's paid on time every month. The company starts calling with in a few days of it being late and if it's not paid in a certain amount of time they shut everything off. Even if a partial payment is made if the rest ain't paid by the time they want it they start calling and then shut it off . Like I said my bill is paid before it's due every month and the payments don't or haven't went to the wrong account not when u pay it in the office every month and get a receipt with your account number on it

"If that is the case then I should not still have my cable, internet or phone service bc they shut everything off when u fall behind on ur bill." That is absolutely not the case. Now, if you haven't paid your bill since the beginning of 2018 and you're 6 months behind, then I would agree with you. BUT if you only have the one month outstanding and you have been paying your bill, the cable company is unlikely to shut off your cable. Imagine if you actually paid your December 2017 bill, but the company applied your payment to the wrong account, or simply has yet to apply the payment against your account?? Both scenarios happen more often than the company would be willing to admit. Now the cable company shuts off your cable and phone for a bill you already paid?? Think about the storm of complaints the company would legitimately receive for doing something like that??
Now, if you paid your December 2017 bill, then perhaps it''s time to go in and get this situation rectified; either they took your payment and applied it to the wrong account (in which case someone got free cable for a month) or have yet to apply payment against your account. If you haven't paid your bill, then you should pay for it. Don't believe for even a second the company will shut off your cable simply because you happen to be in arrears for one month.
