Bell and Howell (try tec glasses) charged me for a prodect i did not recieve. i order said product on October 22,2017. two day free shipping. didnt resieve it then. call company two days after said product was supposted to get here. custumer service lady never ask for the order number and told me she'll send me an email in two days letting me know that my item was sent. After the fact that she told me that they were out of the prodect i ordered was out of stock, knowing that i had payed for them. the web sit never said nor had anything posted saying the product was out of stock, and even so they shouldn't be able to take money knowing that they dont have the product. i tryed calling about today and i was placed on hold for 15 minutes and no one picked out after the fact that i asked to speak with a manager because the lady i spoke to was disrespectful.
