11exhale Inc is a California corporation filed into existence July 26th 2017, using a Carlsbad mailing address, it is owned by Rafael Arce who also recently began the website/business yogamarketer.com also previously owned the defunct and filed upon California Credit Services ( status disdolved/ suspended SOS FTB ) also the owner of the ( closed suspeded SOS FTB Vanquish Capital Investments LLC as well as the disdolved Wellness Logistics Corp. failed or not were opened by Rafael Arce age 28 Also Rafael Arce has had numerous email addresses, dba’s as well as phone numbers all within a very short period of time.  Rafael Arce and Julianne Arce owners of 11Exhale Yoga Academy, 11Exhale Studios and FIT Credit Repair and Yogamarketer.co dodged a bullet temporarily. So my daughter and I met with the detective and prosecutor today.

The prosecutor made it abundantly clear as well as the detective ( several times ) that they have no doubt that from what they have investigated that Rafael Arce raped my daughter as per her accusations and forensic interview. Make no mistake they want to move forward but do to Rafael hiding behind an attorney they were unable to question him.

They hesitate at this time to take it to jury trial. They will close the case for the moment but made it clear that as future evidence may present itself they will be ready to reopen the case and move forward. Now this may seem odd but it is pretty common to wait for more evidence to present itself to assure victory and not drag the child thru more mud than necessary.

Their admitting that they not only believe Trinity but are concerned about my daughter Alexandra’s well-being was also made clear to me. They encouraged me to start seeking custody of her immediately and I will see what I can do. Right now I can only do as much as I can to keep Trinty safe and healing.

I am paying for counseling, tutoring, medical care and trips like this to keep her moving forward with no help from Rafael and Julie who spend their money on travel and indulging themselves. Their usual. As a matter of fact Rafael left the country to avoid an interview with CPS.

How convenient as he knows his guilt. If you choose to do business with an accused child rapist (she was 11 at the time ), that the prosecutor and detective believe is guilty, not to mention counselors and therapists, than do so. But be aware at least. I don’t want anyone else suffering like my daughter.

 I only am attaching a part of the email as it is so long and I wanted to put the focus on my Moms sentence in regard to a conversation she had with Julie in Dec about their poor financial state. Believe me my Mother and I have never been close and I and my Father have been slandered by her many times. This email is no different as she felt sorry for Julie and Rafael that I was not paying child support. How he always involves himself in trying to fleece me in one way or another usually using Julie. I wrote a searing response to my Mother after I read this less than true and less than flattering email about myself and child support and what a wild kid I was.

The funny thing is most of my teenage years were spent with my strict Father Julius Thiry and yet he never ever wrote a word about me. Lol Back to child support I want to clear my name of all accusations so I will just say that for the first year I paid 1600 monthly which was 400 more monthly then the court rec. calculations. Secondly on top of that I paid Julie’s car payment as well as her insurance. I at that time had liberal visitations with my girls. On top of all that I signed her 11exhale leases as well as when Rafael held her payment programs and a lot more basically for ransom that the studio needed badly to survive I opened up a 10,000 credit line under my company to pay him off and pay bills etc. as well as let her charge thousands on my Amazon account for inventory as well as she borrowed 5000 from my sister at that same time.

She chose to take the money instead of directing it to the kids it went to Rafael and the studio. Then she wanted to move to California so badly she told me that instead of child support which as you see above was already partially traded for the money she needed she told me that if I signed the papers to let the kids move to California that any future support I could use to travel to see the kids as often as I wanted. That also never happened. My eldest daughter ended up moving in with me after her suicide attempt in California so now I am with pleasure taking care of her. I am happy to say she is now doing great and never has tried anything like that again. So Just because I use to drink and Julie and Rafael loved pushing my buttons don’t believe everything you hear.

I must admit though after Julie told me that my kids could move back into the house with me and then with Rafael’s help literally stole them without even letting them say good bye to me I lost my mind and apparently left close to 100 very angry and unflattering messages on Julie’s voice mail that they proudly flaunt in my face. I let a friend who is familiar with these kind of things listen to a few that Rafael and Julie sent me and he feels that I had a temporary nervous breakdown. I guess that might make sense as after my girls were stolen I substantially increased my drinking and don’t even remember much of that time. It was some dark days for me and I am not proud of it. The truth hurts but I have to face my actions.
