On Just 27, 2009 My fiance & I ordered Acai Berry Detox via the Dr. Oz forwarded site. We requested 2 sperate orders (to each house). For the trial of $.99 cents, and another single trial of Colon Zen for $4.99. 30 day trial, if not satisfied we could return and not be charged for subsequent orders at $39.95. A few days later received phone call verifying our orders, we confirmed the trial orders, the cust service continually tried to get us to agree to additional products, we again stated very clearly, only the trial orders, no other products authorized nor wanted.

On Aug 4, 2009 our credit card was charged three times for $39.95 (showed 3 company names however same phone #) I contacted the customer service on August 5th, was on hold for 45 min, transfered and hung up on 4 times. Finally able to speak with a rep, explained that we never ordered anything other than the trial program. The rep assured me the 3 charges would be reversed within 48 hrs and gave me RMA#'s to return the other products when they arrived. (Just got one and returned it today). Yet this morning Aug 11, 2009 our credit card was charged for $86.42 for Max Acai Detox, the original product ordered as a trial in which we have still not received.
I contacted the customer service again at 866-736-1040, was on hold for 35 min, spoke with an operator (A-032 Tara) she couldnt help me so I requested to be transfered to a supervisor, once with a supervisor he told me that 2 charges were reversed for $39.95 and I would have to wait for the other one once the product was returned. Again I explained this was not authorized, I never ordered it therefore I should not have to wait for anything. He then attemped to look up my fiances account, verified the charges. Once I explained that this was credit card fraud, not authorized and I would be filing a report with all associated agencies the company advertises on if he did not refund all charges immedicately I was transfered back into the automated system and hung up on. This is fraud, we never authorized any additional charges, we are not idiots we carefully read all authorizations and knew we had 30 days to cancel if we didnt want the products. This is a scam and I would highly warn anyone dealing with Acai Berry Detox, LifeClense, Max Acai Boost or any other distributor of these products. They are all shipped from Florida and are scam artist. I am again on hold for over 30 min, trying to resolve this but can not seem to get anyone to actually answer the calls.

Still never received original product orderd. Fraud!! Customer service hangs up, transfer to automated system.
