rebuilt engine defective and i am stuck with it?

hi i recently replaced my 4.7l engine after it let go on the freeway after 215,000 miles. I bought a "rebuild" from a website called 123engine.com out of canoga park in southern california. after waiting three weeks after paying for the engine if finally arrived. it looked like a rebuild except for the heads were spray painted silver to match the block which was painted black. i installed the engine and fired it up and immediately noticed a coolant leak which i traced back to the drivers side head expansion plug. it was corroded and had a small hole in it.

i found that very strange that if the engine was "rebuilt" why where the expansion plugs not replaced. then i remembered seeing some washers that were glued to the expansion plug on the rear of the passenger side cylinder head and realized that maybe they were glued there to cover a leak. i immediately became concerned that the expansion plug issue but noticed the engine block plugs were brand new and not leaking. I concluded that 123 engine most likely bought a short block and threw a pair of used heads on it and spray painted it then sent it to me..

after getting the truck running i noticed water dripping from all of the exhaust systems joints. i understand that condensation develops due to the cat converters but i mean i had a very large amount of coolant coming from the exhaust. no coolant was leaking outside only from the exhaust.

i contacted 123 engine and explained my concern about the expansion plugs aswelll as the amount of coolant in the exhaust and they insisted i ship the entire truck to los angeles for their in house mechanic to inspect the problem and fix anything that might be causing the problem. i shipped the truck and it was back in 9 days with 123 engine claiming they did not locate any issues that were causing the leak and that they monitored the coolant level and it had not changed after driving the truck for 100 miles. their mechanic said that the truck was completely free of any issues and was almost as good of a job as he does installing engines. they tried to get me to pay for the cost of transporting my truck back up to me and i refused.

so i have my truck back and i was changing the oil today after the first 500 miles and what came out of the oil pan looked like a chocolate milkshake. i contacted 123 engine and tried to readdress the issue and i was told i was a thief for trying to do some fraudulent things to get over on them. i told them i was going to take my truck to a professional mechanic to have the truck repaired properly and i was going to send 123engine the bill for the work. they responded by saying that they were not liable for anything more then refunding me the cost of the engine, nothing more. basically i have to pull the engine and send it back to them to be refunded my money so i can purchase another engine from another place and install it.

My question is because i allowed them the opportunity to fix my truck when i allowed them to transport my truck to their shop in los angles? they promised they would replace the freeze plugs but never did. i don't think they did anything to my truck, if they did they would have found that it was leaking. am i able to take my truck to a place to repair the problem and is 123 engine responsible for having to pay for it or am i screwed and have to pull the engine and send it back to them?

Here is an example of a correspondence I recently had with Mr Hai:

    "Eric,

I have the right under the first amendment to say whatever I like to you, so consider this help. You are  F*CKIN LIAR SCAMMER PIECE OF GARBAGE. Secondly I do not owe you any information and that includes my last name. If you like Id be happy to meet you in court, because you are not the only moron I have dealt with. There is no contract stating that I am liable for any labor do you understand me. Secondly, If you are unhappy ship back the engine and i will reimburse you for the engine. That is it, end of story. I do not want to hear from you again and if you like I can have my attorney generate you a lawsuit, and we can meet in court. You are so unfamiliar with the law it is discusting. Before you take any steps I consider you consult with an attorney to get familiar with exactly what you are getting yourself into. You sent your car down to us, I spent the entire week looking over everything, everything was 100% perfect. You are clearly either a fraud or a liar. However, I ate the $600 towing fees. I would not have asked to tow it here so I can drive your garbage car. You gotta start realizing I am done being polite with you and at this point best thing I can tell you is to go screw yourself. I am not paying you a dime of labor since you are the worst g*dd*mn customer I have ever dealt with. See you in court."

Followed by:

    "ERIC F*CK YOU! OK I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME, FINANCES, AND LEGAL KNOWLEDGE TO GO INTO THIS WITHOUT BEING SCARED AT ALL! I KNOW MY LIABILITIES AS A COMPANY. I HAVE NOT BEEN DOING THIS SINCE YESTERDAY. YOU THINK YOUR THE FIRST MORON WHO HAS THOUGHT I OWE HIM ANY COMPENSATION OTHER THAN RETURNING THE MOTOR FOR A REFUND. ERIC BRING IT ON!!!!! I WANT TO TAKE THIS TO COURT, AND MAKE SURE I SHUT YOUR F*CKING MOUTH. YOUR THE BIGGEST BULLSH*TER I HAVE EVER MET. YOU ARE NOT SCARING ME BY USING THE WORD "LAW" OR "ATTORNEY" I DO NOT LIVE OUT OF A GARAGE. I NOT ONLY USED TO BE INVOLVED IN LAW BUT USED TO MANAGE PORTOFOLIOS FOR LAWYERS. need i say more. he is by far the most vulgar, rude, condescending person i have ever done business with..

The fact that this company blatantly lied,in feedback,on my purchasing website,tells me of the quality of them.I have not had the problems as the lead author had.Mine were less expensive,of not receiving a complete core refund(with no explanation).I dealt with it and installed the engine,which ran fine,for my sons first vehicle.I had no problems,until about a year later,he called stuck on the highway.When i arrived,i was surprised to see that a spark plug had popped out,with a steel insert on it.I still am not sure whether or not this was proper for a stripped out fix of a b2200 pickups head,but i thought it was a pretty crappy repair.So my only recourse was to buy a new head or junk the truck.If anyone can read these testimonials and still do business with them,than god bless.By the way,i believe they have changed their name from 123 engines.Be aware of who you are dealing with.Investigate better than i did.

hello Eli, its Erik, the author of this post. Remember me? The guy who you claimed was being sued by you in criminal court over the claims I made here on ripoff report.com. that entire statement is false, you never filed any lawsuit against me. How can I be charged in a criminal court over a civil matter? You don't grasp the concept that being a dishonest buisinessman and why people are angry with you after you take their money and after weeks, deliver a product that is substandard at best and does not meet the description of the original advestised item. People are not ignorant Eli, they read this post and all your attempts to pretend to be a satified customer of 123engine. I would be suprised if you have ever had a single customer that felt that they got an honest an fair deal after buying an engine from you. You need to ask yourself if being a ripoff artist is something that you want to continue doing, I mean why don't you find something your actually good at like working for a law firm or something else then having to defend yourself day after day from all these people who are upset because you ripped them off. I told you this was going to be a long road we were departing on a couple of years ago, but your arrogance and your ignorance convinced you otherwise I will enjoy reading the continuing updates about this matter for years to come!    I'm in the same boat. Bought an engine from them in August for my 2006 Altima, followed their instructions and got the engine oiled around the 500 mile mark, drove it for another 1000 miles.... then the engine started to make a knocking noise, so I headed home. On the way home, the car looses power and the knocking gets louder, so I pull off the road and have my wife come pick me up. I get the car home that night and then proceed to contact 123Engines. The only person who will talk to me is Eli. The warranty people blow me off, Eli says there is nothing they can really do except to replace the engine with another one and they'll pay me $200... it costs $1K for labor.

   My wife even contacts them, they basically blow her off too. Please stay away from this company. If you're one of the lucky ones to get a good engine, then good on you. But there are WAY too many failure rates with these people. If and when you do have a problem, it's pretty much a waste of time as you'll get passed around from person to person and get no where fast. I've wasted 3 months stressing about how I'm going to get my car fixed. $3500 later and after digging into my savings, I have finally decided to just rid of it as it will be too expensive to continue on. Thank you 123Engine for ruining the past 3 months of my and my families lives and putting us in the hole with debt.... I owe ya one ;)

I am not sure who is elling the truth in this particular report, but I had the bad luck to experience the terrible service of 123engine myself. They sold me a rebuilt engine with a ton of leaks that I spent an extra $2800 to fix and did nothing to correct their mistake. Based on my own experience with 123engine and all of the additional reports about them on this website, I am more inclined to believe the original poster of this report than 123engine... Please don't buy from them, so you won't be the next one writing a report here! I don't understand how they can try to pretend that they are treating their customers right when everyone can read the rest of the reports about them here and conclude who is telling the truth...

Confused By Initial Complaint

TO the first person who complained:

1.  If you truly knew how to install a new engine correctly, how did you NOT know how to uninstall an engine?  Why didn't you go to a pick-n-pull and get your own engine for $300 or less and rebuild it yourself?

2.  Freeze plugs cost about $1 each, and you might have, what, 8 of them in there with minimal labor required to replace them all on an engine that is not in a vehicle?  Why didn't you fully inspect the engine prior to installing it? Freeze plugs in Fords are notorious for deteriorating.  If you had the knowledge to install the engine, you should have known better.  Are you sure you installed the engine correctly?  You lost in court becuase of what reason?

The entire complaint seems like a hoax to me.

I purchasing a engine far a 2007 Mazda CX 7 from 123 engines after reading these reports I must say they took very good care of me.  I got exactly what I ordered. it took a little longer than normal to get it they even call me an offer to return my money because of the extra time it was taking.  I told them I would wait for the motor and they did not charge me a core charge which added up to you considerable amount of money. I am very satisfied with the service I got from them and I would do business any day any time with him again and recommend to my friends

I called several times to make sure they had my engine,  so I sent them $1490 hard earned dollars on April 26th.  They sent a request for a core charge before they would ship.  I sent them $295 on May 1st.  I have been in contact with them through out the process always asking when is the engine going to ship. Well, after 12 days of no shipping data I canceled.   I don't know the ol boy nor do I care to , but he charged me $295 dollars for Shipping and Handling charges on a motor he never even shipped. So I have made it my new pass time to make sure I post on ever cotton picking website out there what kind of crooks these ol boys are.  Now here is the good part this ol boy will respond to this with some smooth talk and try to make me sound bad or impatient but I think 12 days is patient enough with out shipping info on a motor they supposeably already had. Are you willing to take the gamble or is he running himself a good ol scam?   Is he putting things out for sale that arent saleable? I mean who post something for sale and then says well your gonna have to wait till I see if the $1500 motor I sold you works - so let me put it on this simmie test and see and when Im good and ready I will ship it even though on my web sight I say it will ship in 2-5 buisessness days.  So if your looking for somewhere to buy ... KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!

I am a customer of 123, and live in TN.  I find that when you be nice, you will receive nice in return.  Eli was pleasent enough to deal with over the phone with my problems.  Sam was on the defensive during every converstation with him that he had with my tech as well as me.  It was as if he could do no wrong. 

Anyway, my suggestion is this:  Caveat Emptor.  You are buying a product that is $1000 less than the competittion.  Why?  Because you get what you pay for.  They know this.  That is why their warranty contract DOES NOT include labor or round trip shipping when someone OTHER than 123 does the install of your engine. 

I had problems from day one... not day 180 and 20,000 miles later.  My tech informed me that there was a bent valve preventing compression in one of the cylinders, and that the timing chains on both sides of the engine were off.  He repaired the engine for me and now the engine runs fine.  I was reimbursed for parts only by 123engine, as per the warranty contract. 

In short, if you live in or around Canoga Park, feel free to do business with them, and have them install the engine.  You will get a parts and labor warranty for two years.  However, caveat emptor still applies.  How many times do you want to continue to visit their shop?  Save time and buy a Jasper engine.  Parts and labor are covered for three years, as long as an authorized Jasper dealer does the install.  Learned my mistake.  Never again.  I spent over $4000 on parts, labor, shipping, and part of my core charge which was not refunded, for my engine which was originally sold to me on eBay for $1295.  Jasper engine was $3200, install was $500.  I overspent by over $300 in doing business with 123 by NOT going with a Jasper engine.  Now I only have 8 months of parts-only warranty left when I could be at 2 years eight months of a parts AND labor warranty remaining.

Again, my suggestion:  Caveat Emptor

I ordered a REMANUFACTURED d16y8 for my 98 honda civic ex about 8 months ago.. Although the installation was easily and painless it seemed, I encountered a big problem once the installation was finished. It ran for about a total of 15 minutes before not starting again. I ran though all necessary steps in diagnosing the error assuming it was my fault, but after countless trials, the result was low compression in 3 of the 4 cylinders. I have determined after a down leak test it is a head gasket leak. Only issue with that is I never removed the head, therefore the head gasket should have been fine. Long story short, the repairs will be done by the end of this week by a very reputable auto shop and hopefully they will not find any further problems with the motor. Unfortunately aside from the good price I cannot reccommed this company for anyone else. I will update if any other problems are found.

eli its me again. you really need to stop pretending you are a satified custormer of 123engine. i guess you should have paid me the $5000 in compensation and i would have taken this ad down but it is not possible so i sit here with a new engine i ordered from back east and i have a huge smile on my face when i think about all of the potential business that has went elsewhere because of this post! your business will not last until the next year!  i told you not to challenge me and that you would end up losing. well looks like your losing alot of busniess to me! good luck jacka**

It jumps out at me as BS when someone convieniantly decides to comment on their exp. with a Company who is obviously past questionable.  Then this individual claims to have bought a 5.7ltr engine for an E350 box van.  Sorry, no such thing from ford.  What moron would decide to do business with a company such as this one and they all seem to be showing up right here as well.  Yea Riiiight....

123 Engine did a Great Job

I used this company recently and they went overboard to make sure I was satisfied. Replacing an engine is a major task and lots of things can go wrong in the process. In my situation when my mechanic installed the newly rebuilt engine from 123Engine it wouldn't start. When he called me he was complaining that I should have purchased a used engine from someone he had recommended (which costs about $1,000 more than this rebuilt one.) He was saying this is what I get for ordering an engine from some company out of town. 

I called Eli the next day and he and his master mechanic arranged for them to pick up my vehicle and transport it to Southern California - I'm in Washington State, so they could review the problem. 

Make a long story short, the machine shop that does their machining work for them had replaced the wrong camshaft (this engine has two choices for camshafts) and the new engine would not generate the correct timing to start. 

After Sam, the master mechanic at 123 Engine replaced the cam with the right one, it started like new. They shipped the vehicle back to me and I've been running it for the past two months with no problems at all. 

While the person filing this original report certainly had problems a lot depends upon how we all approach the problems in life. In my case I found this company went overboard to satisfy my needs and make sure I was a happy customer. As such I would highly recommend and use this company again if ever needed.

Back again.  Engine is in and she says "purrrrrrrr."  My Tacoma has 260k miles on it; emotional attachment for sure.  She got me through college and law school (all those cross country trips to Ann Arbor).  So far, it's my longest, cheapest, and most reliable relationship.

Anyway, I bought the engine from 123 because of an ebay ad and this Ripoff Report.  Really inexpensive price, which makes anyone excited but skeptical.  I'm local, so that allayed some of my concerns. 

Had one concern, and they helped out instantly, which is what I was hoping for in my original post.  She's on the road and I am happy so far.

No matter who you buy from, or how much you spend, do a quick double check on bolt torque, valve clearance, cam shaft position, etc.  NEW motors can have an issue.  I've dealt with it in the past, as a friend to many gearheads.  Humans assemble these things, humans are fallible, and there are a lot of moving parts.

I speak only from my experience with 123, and this experience has been great so far.  I truly believe they would stand behind their warranties.  Like I said, if you don't hear from me, all is well...and I hope you don't hear from me...probably roll it over on Miller Jeep trail before then anyway.

I just bought a Tacoma long block from S&E/123engines.com.  Frankly, I went to them BECAUSE of this Ripoff Report.  From what I gather, they attempted to fix the engine in question, they paid to have it shipped, and they refunded the money when a resolution could not be had.  As a consumer, I would not ask for anything more from a business. 

Here is my experience with them.  I live in Ventura, CA, so I saw them personally, along with my mechanic.  Sam said my 3.4 V6 is notorious for spitting head gaskets.  He was dead on with that.  The original headgaskets were defective because the metal rings (I think they are called compression rings) were off center, and sure as heck, the leak happened right in the area of the least overlap.  He showed me how his gaskets remedy that problem, then showed me the components that went into the rebuilt engine.

My engine was missing a few pieces, and Sam bent over backwards to help me out with issues that were completely my fault.  I took the core back yesterday.  Another local mechanic had told me that one head needed to be aluminum welded in a small pitted area for $120.  Sam charged me $40, and refunded the rest of the core deposit immediately.
     
My mechanic friend is a former aerospace engineer and he said Sam was spot on with every aspect.  He was also really impressed with the way Sam helped out; he said that he had never seen anything like it.  I will personally send my friends there...in fact, a friend of mine needs a rebuilt 22RE and I already told him to go see Sam. 

As a product developer/attorney, I know things go sideways despite the best efforts.  I believe it is not the mistakes we make, but how we deal with those mistakes.  If something happens in my case, and they attempt to fix the engine or refund my money, I would be overjoyed. 

Never imagined a "Ripoff Report" would induce me to do business with the subject of the report.  I guess it helps to read between the lines.  I'm putting the rebuilt engine in today.  I will let you know how it goes.  In the meantime, I hope this helps.

I purchased an engine from 123 also.They apparently did not like my feedback comment on Ebay,saying that they only refunded half of my core deposit,so he/they are now trying to debase me,on Ebay,by saying that it took 4 months for me to pay them,when it was an immediate transaction.I was kind of skeptical when he required positive feedback,before shipping the engine,but did it anyway.I have not had the problems as described by the originator of this report,but I would not recommend this seller,to anyone.Look up arccm's feedback,and you will see for yourself.

I'm a customer of 123engines/S&E Automotive.  I just bought a rebuilt Ford 5.7L engine from them and had S&E install it. 

I have to say that when I saw the price of the engine and this posting, I was a little hesitant to use these guys.  However, I had very little choice because, I could not afford an other options. 

I have a Ford E350 box van, and delivered it to the S&E shop on a tuesday.  I met Sam there and he gave me the run down on the pricing and services.  It was $1000 to install, and if he needed to change more parts he would call me first.  Fine.  I explained that I need my truck as fast as possible and he said he would try to have it done in a week.  That was about the same as all the other shops were telling me.  Apparently, the E350 vans are very hard to work on because you have to take the front end apart to get to the engine.

Sam, completed the engine by Sunday and had the truck running fine when I came to pick it up on tuesday.  I made the 90 mile trip home without any problems and I just passed 500 miles and changed the oil, everything seems fine at this point.  The engine sounds fine and has lots of power.

For me the value was there and I would use S&E again.

I find it absolutely astounding that so called business owners post such vile,

Ok well here is an update to this story. I did personally returned the defective engine to your shop. when i asked where Eli was i was told that you would be at your repair shop at 12 noon. then the next updated time you were to arrive was to be 3 o'clock that afternoon. then the next update was you all of a sudden you were out of town for a week. So you obviously did not have the balls or the courage to meet me in person. something that a honest business operator would have done. instead you chose to hide and send me my refund at a later date. yes you refunded me the money i paid for that engine. but because your engine was defective, and i ran it in my truck for a week, the internal leak caused by a defective head allowed coolant into the combustion chamber which poisoned my catalytic converters and now my truck will not pass the emissions test. The amount you offered me to remove my post was one hundered dollars and I think you should be responsible for the replacement of my exhaust system. which will cost $1,390.00. so when we go to court and i explain all of the facts and everything that has happened including your dishonesty, i will then post those results here aswell. you are not a businessman Eli. you are a theif and a liar.

  Also an update to the public. 123engine.com is a reasonably new company. the reason there is so little information on the internet about 123engine.com is because the real company that is behind 123engine.com is called S&E Automotive Repair. type that name into your search engine and it will come back with the same address as 123engine.com in Canoga Park. the "S" stands for "Sam", Eli"s business partner and the "E" stands for "Eli" S&E has a long, long list of dishonesty and pending law suits. Eli you are not going to win. I am going to see to it that reputable web sites like Ripoff Report.com, and others like it will be a place where consumers can go to check on the history of a business or service that they are about to spend their money on and not have to go through the run around like you have done to me and i am sure so many other customers. Let this be a lesson to you Eli and every other con man who makes a living by deceiving honest people. with web sites like Ripoff Report.com, you will be put out of business as fast as possible

This letter is to inform the public that 123engine client Erik Danielson is pending cirminal charges of EXTORTION & a CIVIL Lawsuit for defamation of character and SLANDER. This highly reputable company 123Engine has offered Erik with numerious requests to fix his engine which he INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. He is a backyard mechanic with absolutely no knowledge in vehicles whatsover. This little town male has done nothing but send discusting emails threatening the company and posting false charges to which 123Engine did not post. 123Engine paid over $600 in transport fees to help fix his car, offered him a full refund, and a replacement. 123Engine sent him a check for $2599.00 to please his sorry self. However, he is not a man of his word and has issues with himself. He is simply a Con Man and a Scam Artist ripping off people just like this website is titled!!

I work with 123engine on business matters. I am familiar with this individual and the complaint. It is all lies. Every 1 in a few hundred people that purchase engines and do not have the skills to install the engine or are just trying to steal money pop up here and there.


The story doesn't even make sense - would you go through the huge amount of work that it takes to install an engine without inspecting it? Would you install an engine with an "expansion plug. (that).. was corroded and had a small hole in it"???


123engine sells hundreds of engines each year and offers expert installation. I am also a customer and have indepth knowledge of their skills and very honest dealings. I know first hand that they go out of their way to make each and every deal a great experience for their clients.


This person obviously is the scam artist. The one in a thousand people that would rather steal and lie instead of working honestly. He was offered his money back in return for the engine; why would you keep an engine that has all the issues that he claimed? You wouldn't! He is a scam artist looking for a payday.


Use 123engine with confidence. They are a great, honest company that stands behind their product and installation.

This is too funny!  Another fool tries to sound all legal like and fails miserably!  LMAO!

 

 I have spoken to an arbitrator and he has decided the following outcome:

Notice of Arbitrator Decision: A neutral and independent
arbitrator has determined that the following Report contained one or
more false statements of fact. The false statements have been redacted.

The following report?  Seems to me the report precedes the rebuttal!  LOL!  The only statement I see that was redacted was an email address, so one might conclude that the entire report (minus the email address) is indeed correct and factual.

 

I have contacted legal counsel, and under arbitrator review have conducted that this comment was posted by a competitor and his statements claim no legal accuracy. Please disregard this message

 

Conducted?  So youve made a conduction that there is no legal accuracy?  ROTFLMAO!

 

No legal accuracy?  What the hell is that?  LMAO!

 

Heres a legal accuracy for you, taken from your warranty posted on your website:

 

*Oil & Oil Filter must be changed at first 500 miles (Do not use Synthetic Oil).

*Oil and Oil Filter must be changed every 3,000 preceding the first 500.

 

Do you see the problem here?  Perhaps you should have your legal counsel or arbitrator review it for you.  How the heck is anyone supposed to change the oil every 3000 miles PRECEDING the first 500 miles?

 

Heres another legal accuracy for you from your website:

 

123Engine warranty provides a 1 year UNLIMITED mile warranty on all engines purchased from our companies warehouse. If you decide to install the engine, we will double the warranty from 1 to 2 years UNLIMITED miles.

 

One could reasonably conclude this to mean that if the customer installs the engine, rather than you, the warranty period is doubled to 2 years.  I dont think you mean this at all.  In fact, your warranty statement states otherwise:

 

*You have 12 months warranty unlimited miles on the engine, or 24 months unlimited miles warranty if installed at 123Engine.

 

With all your legal counsel and arbitrators, its too bad youre too cheap to have someone PROOFREAD your website.  Especially when its something important such as a warranty/service declaration.

rebuilt engine defective and i am stuck with it?

The owner of 123engine claims that I am a competing seller of rebuilt engines and the motivating factor for my decision to post a report to this web site is to create negative feedback to redirect potential customers away from his site. This is completely false. Nothing could possible be farther from the truth!!!! I am a private citizen who does not have a large amount of disposable income to pay a repair shop to replace my old worn out engine. Believe me, the last thing I want to do is remove an engine that I have already installed. It would have cost the owner of 123engine $600 to have the engine repaired properly but instead he decided to waste that money on transporting my entire truck from my house to his "shop" more then 300 miles away.

I have almost removed the engine now and it unfortunately comes as no surprised to find that the repair work that Eli performed on my truck was to run a product that is sold at auto parts stored called Bar's head gasket repair solution. he did this thinking that it would repair the defective head but i suspect the head is cracked and the pressures developed by a rebuilt engine caused this method to failed to seal the leak and it will ultimately reduce the service life of the engine significantly. Ask any person involved in the industry and they will question anybody using such a product on a rebuilt engine. I will never know the true cause of the defect because i am not going to inspect the internal working of the engine because i believe that Eli will void my warrenty because he will claim that i disassembled the engine so I am leaving everything intact, in the exact same condition as it was when i originally received it.

I am beginning to suspect that Eli and 123engine are not going to honor me with a complete refund because he has not kept a single promise he has made to me yet. I am going to rent a truck and drive the engine to his shop so he will not be able to deduct anything from the money he owes me. i will keep this web site up to date as to the outcome of my claim. Eli has been given too many chances by myself to resolve the problem his engine has caused me and every time he has failed miserably with providing me with an acceptable solution and the sense that i was being dealt with in a fair and friendly manner.

I am not a competiting engine seller. I am a contractor that depends on his truck to do my job and to put food on my table. There is nothing in my story that is not the Gods honest truth. he has no leg to stand on here so he has resorted to claiming i am a engine distributor because that is the only thing that could possibly explain his behavior. i will be posting pictures very soon to show that I am not lying. please check back soon!!!
