123flashchat 123flashchat took my money from Credits I sold on my WebSite Internet China

 123flashchat , which is a company that sell Chatting softwares, Unethically took my Money that i made from selling credits to my chat users. after year and a half of selling Chat Credits to my users through the built in shopping cart, the money goes to 123flashchat then after 90 days you can request a transfer to your paypal account. I collected more than $1000 dollars in credit sales, flash chat make about 20% commission, so i decided to transfer my balance which came to more than $800, so i initiated a transfer request, a week later i didn't get the money nor i received any sort of communication from them regarding that issue, so i opened a ticket inquiring, i got a reply back saying that they don't have the money!!!!! and now refusing to give me my money that i made on my own website. They Are a total rip off, carelessly telling me I have no money. Want more than that? a hacker chatted with their support, and support gave them my Admin password on the chat and they hacked my site!! want to know more? eventhough we pay $100's of dollars for their license, they insist on showing their logos everywhere and their links every where on our ownsite every where, and if you tell them i paid for that i dont need your logos and names in every click, they ask you to pay to customize!!! If you own a license from 123 flashchat, do not sell credits thru them, turn off selling credits options that go thru them and sell credits to your users manually as you will never get the credits you sell thru their shopping carts, and they ask you for $2000 to make the shopping cart go straight to your paypal, otherwise all payment will go to their paypal and you will never see your money.
