 This is the office for 123Ponds.com, which is absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Be absolutely sure you order exactly what you want if you order from these folks and there is no possibility that you might need to return it, because these folks have very unreasonable return policies that they are very unwilling to vary from. I recently ordered a skimmer from their website which cost $288. When I inspected the skimmer it was obvious it would not fit my purpose. When I contacted "customer service" (Nadia), I was informed that even though I had not installed the skimmer, I would be charged a 30% restocking fee, plus their shipping cost to get it to me and obviously my shopping cost to send it back. So in the end, they get the product back to resell and I am out $172 with nothing to show for it. When I complained, they were willing to waive the restocking fee, which means I am still out $129 with nothing to show, assuming the returned product meets all their stringent requirements to be acceptable for return. I would strongly encourage potential customers to look at all other options before doing business with these folks.
