I noticed on my credit card statement that I keep getting charge $9.95 each for homeworks and simple escape. So, I called the company at 1-877-836-6903, but I got a ignorant customer service rep that gave me a hard time about getting a refund. I explained to her that I nver signed up for there services and if I supposely did I never recieved any information on them.
She had a bad additude about refunding the money. She said I recieved a $25 Home Depot gift card, I explained to her I live in the college dorms why would I need a Home Depot gift card.
Today I checked my credit statement and one recieved 1 credit of 9.95 instead of 2. And I notice they charged me again for the simple escapes and home works. The customer service rep didnt mention that I been charged again for the moonth of January and I also wanted my accounted closed. So now I am contacting my credit card company to get credit back the 3 other charges.
