I originally purchased a knife from sun-blades.com/ , and I decided to give their subscription service 12blades.com a try. I found 12blades through a social media account belonging to sunblades. Sunblades advertised that 12 blades was their monthly subscription service owned and operated by sunblades. 12blades clearly advertises on their website that all their products are high quality, and it is a "premium" knife subscription service. On their instagram account 12 blades also states that all the knives posted on their page are knives that are actually sent to it's customers. I cancelled my subscription two months into the service after receiving really poor quality products. Neither of which were pictured on their website, or social media accounts. The first knife broke 2 weeks after delivery, and the second knife that arrived was made of pewter or some kind of cheap aluminum. Their policy states that if you're not happy with the service or have received the wrong product to contact them with in 14 days to have the item replaced. I have emailed both webpages 12blades12@gmail.com and sunblades@gmail.com several times, and have yet to receive a response in regards to a refund. I am now in the process of filing a dispute for the charge with my bank.
