Hello, I was recently contacted and had the time to speak with a client who voluntarily submitted to an interview with my firm, at which time he expressed his deep concerns about the owner, d**k Haven and salesperson, Don Hunt. It was brought to my attention that these two (2) individuals are notorious for being rude, unfair, and demeaning to their customers. I have advised my client to consult legal counsel and pursue restitution for the documented mistreatment and verbal abuse sustained from this company. Much of the information that was given has been noted and forwarded to the proper authorities and if you to have fallen victim to this type of treatment and behavior, and you feel that you have been mistreated or cheated by this company please stand up and be heard. The more complaints and exposure will hopefully put this type of business to an end. Please do your due diligence before becoming a victim of this type of business practice. Listed below are a few reviews that were made online and noted through a google search of 131 Truck Sales, Inc., but have not gone unnoticed.

To Whom It May Concern,
Having been in the industry for 25 years, I have never had someone text me 200 plus times per day regarding a $700 refund I specifically mailed myself. After making us sit on a truck for 5 weeks, AFTER he told us he would be there to pick it up the following week, this "RIP OFF" report causes some concerns regarding our broken down system. Did WE call him a liar when he didn't pcik his truck up when he said he would? NO...
To allow ANY person to, at will, throw statements of defamation about two career professionals who sell 200+ trucks per year, and have multiple large fleets and small fleets alike buying from us, makes me cringe to think that someone of this nature lives out there. This person threatened me, my family, even sent me text messages from an anonymoustext.net at 6:30 a.m. and midnight the same day. What kind of person, who doesn't recieve a $700 check within 3 days to travel 1,060 miles, starst flying off the deepend like this?
What kind of individual would make racist comments towards me and my family? I will be filing a RIP OFF report about HIS business with the way he has conducted business HERE!! We bent over backwards to assist him. We went out of our way to help him load the truck and insure every little item he wanted repaired and changed was done. How do we allow this type of system to slam our business? What kind of society to do we live in that can cause an uproar over $700 that was sent out... and the client was paid in FULL?
In conclusion, this individual is delusional at best. He has been blocked by our company due to the harrassing phone calls, multiple texts, threats etc. We have contacted the local authorities here to insure that he no longer contacts us or comes to visit us. It is a sad state of affairs when a person can do this to a legitimate business, while hiding behind their little veil of secrecy. We have hired our legal counsel to handle this issue.... I am just shocked that someone... ANYONE can get away with threatening our business and then turn around and put up a "RIP OFF" report. And lastly, what kind of person thinks it's THEIR job to go out and show to everyone our negative Google reviews? BUT, not put up the POSITIVE reviews? Of the 3 bad reviews, two were from vendors. These are fictitious names.
Havce a GREAT DAY everyone... I know i will now that this is behind us.
