$18 eyeglass place don't seem to care, take the money and send you out the door, milwaukee Wisconsin

 My 74 yrs old father need a new eyeglasses found on ads said $18 eyeglass. take him there for eye exam for glasses price  was $68 not $18. week later they called to let him know glasses is done take him in and he try them on, the glasses look nice but it was so blury he told the worker there,

  All she said take them home and wear them for a week, if he can't see out of them how can he wear them? She said i will talk to my MGR. week later she called tell him go in to re exam again.

This time they blame on his cataract surgery, my husband said his cataract surgery have nothing to do with eye exam if you measure it right. What a waste of my 45 min driving to this place and still get nothing out of it.  Well they won't redo his eye glasses or refund the money.

Week later i took him to some other opt. place to get his exam and let them take a look at the glasses he got from $18 dollar place. They said its not even his eye measurement its way off.  This place told my husband you don't let customer walk out with blury glasses. Customer is always right!

If they don't want to redo the eye glasses  then refund the costumer money back then we could get him some where else. so i keep calling about this and all she said my mgr not in store,  hrs is wednesday thru saturday. called wed mgr not in , call saturday mgr not in,  this place is a fraud and scam us.   what happen if he drive and he can't see out of it accident will happen. so my father got nothing at all. He pretty much spend $98 for nothing. Never ever shop at this place!!!! but it be really nice he get back the price of the glass $68.  But I think because we Asian and they figure we stupid.

I told them i will report this to ripoff report they don't care.
