1800-4-a-phone ripoff Dallas Texas

I decided to use 1800-4-a-phone and when I paid the first time fee for activation and the first month, I didn't get my phone on until more than a month later. I would call and I just got the run around.Then they couldn't find the address to connect my phone line so that's what took longer. Then when they finally said it was connected, it wasn't.

I was charged for that month also, even though I didn't use the phone. It was connected at my home. If it was connected, it was probably connected at a different location because I still had no phone service. Then I moved, and told them I was moving and I was charged the fee for moving the phone line to a different location.

I paid that and finally got phone service at my new home. Now I received my phone bill and paid that month here. Then I tried using my long distance as they explained that I have a package where I get 2 hours of long distance every month.Well, I tried calling long distance and I don't have long distance.

Once again I call them to see why i can't use my long distance and they said that the long distance was not working at that time. about a week or two later I tried using my long distance and once again what a coincidence that the long distance is not working AGAIN. They said by the end of the evening it should be working. It's been over a month now and it is still not working. Now, after putting up with all that my phone gets disconnected!

I think that in order to pay a bill, you need to receive a bill. I never received a bill. Now I have no phone line and I need a phone because I take care of my little sister who has spina bifida and my step-mother is in the hospital out of town right now, and I have no way of contacting anyone.
