1800-imstuck Fraudulant Charges Plainview New York

     After having issues finding a towing company in Flomaton Alabama I called 1-800-im-stuck.  Representative claims that $100 dollars is needed to up front just to send vehicle out, then the balance due is $100 per hour.  I clarifyed with the individual that this per hour is after the pickup, he replied yes.

     Towing is complete and driver asks how do I want to pay. I offer him the same credit card, and asked about the $100 paid in advance.  He calls back to his office no payment has been received.  I call 1-800-im-stuck to ask about it they hang up the phone on me and calls the towing company gives them my credit card information and pays the towing company.  They do not subtract the $100 up front from the total and did this without authorization.

     I call 1-800-im-stuck to question the charge. The person on the phone says he'd have the dispatch person that setup the call to call me back.  I ask for someone in charge, he says they are all in a meeting and won't be back for seven days.  I ask who was left in charge ?  He says he is and I ask him to resolve the issue.  He only offered a transaction number which shows on my credit card anyway and helps resolve nothing.  I asked if he is in charge why refer me to someone he is supervising.  He begins to use the "F" word repeatedly and hangs up anytime I call.
