Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have contacted 800flowers.com on two different occasions to order flowers. The first time that they called and stated that the flowers could not be delivered at the requested time, I just thought that it "happens". When it happened the 2nd time, this isn't something that just "happens" it appears to be an all the time occurance for them.
When you place an order, they take your money out of your account IMMEDIATELY. When they can't deliver...they sure don't return the money as fast. They take their "OLD FASHIONED" time.
Don't waste your time or your money....you might want to call someplace that can actually deliver the flowers for you.

1800flowers.com informed me after not delivering the flowers that I had ordered, that they would put the money back on my account. Guess what? They have not done that. This has got to be the biggest SCAM around. These people are worthless.
