1800toolrepair Deceitful Nashville Tennessee

I wish I reviewed before ordering... I ordered a part for my delta planer and was told at the time of my order it was in stock and woud ship ASAP. I told them it was urgent as my planer is down and I have customers depending on me.  To my surprise, my credit card was charged and no updates posted by the company son order status. Tried calling several times and finally received a call back. I was told the item was back ordered and theor standard policy is to charge your card upfront. I cancelled and requested a refund to my cc. I will repShowa follow-up on how long this process takes. I contacted the FTC and my bank. 

I will not do business with this company in the future! 

Very poor business practices.
