What ever you do, don't move here!

The apartments in 1811 N. Cherokee Ave used to be a nice place to live, that is of course until we got our new Landlord Anita in December of 2011.

Anita P. & her boyfriend Jason, have to be the worst landlords all of time. I moved out of here 2 months ago due to how hostile co-manager Jason was towards me. The guy seriously hates women.

Whats more, the manager, Anita, lies to tenants excessively. She micromanages everything, gets in people's faces for the stupidest thing like keeping your bicycle outside. 

Anita has seriously mistreated residents at 1811 N. Cherokee. My neighbor came home one day into his apartment to find Anita & her boyfriend, along with 4 other additional people, taking photos of his apartment for a "health and safety inspection". My neighbor never gave them permission to enter (let alone take pictures), the building manager provided no notice of entry or a health and safety inspection, and basically waited for him to leave so she could enter.

Whats more, the building managers for this apartment building on 1811 N. Cherokee disabled completely the intercom at the front gate. This means there is no way for guests, the pizza delivery guy, or Fedex to enter the building without you having to walk down and let them in.

If you move to this place, forget ever about getting Fedex and UPS packages. There is no way for the drivers to get in the building. Also, you will enjoy a $150 fee for a parking spot, and non stop harassment over the simplest things, like having a guest stay with you for an extended period of time (she demands anyone living in a place for more than 2 weeks be added on the contract).

Also, forget about getting much of your deposit back when you leave. They screwed me over. Mark my words, don't move in here. 

Orchard Bay LLC, if you want to prevent 1811 N. Cherokee from turning into a ghost town where half the apartments are available for rent, then please fire Anita P. as apartment manager!
